Our policy lasts 4 days from USPS tracking receipt of product. If 4 days have gone by since receipt your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Doing so without authorization will result in a loss of your product as well as no option for a refund or exchange. Contact us at email@example.com if there is a problem with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and next steps.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for a refund to post is up to your bank.
We require using a traceable shipping service so that returns can be tracked by both parties.
