Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Used or opened products are not returnable. seasonal products or products on sale are final sale and not returnable. 

Contact us at customerservice@peaceorganics.com  if there is a problem with your order. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photos of the item for faster service with your claim. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. Doing so without authorization will result in a loss of your product as well as no option for a refund or exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and next steps. Opened, used or damaged items will not be approved for a refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for a refund to post is up to your bank.

We require using a traceable shipping service so that returns can be tracked by both parties.
